A head table is a long, rectangular table at the front of the reception where the bride, groom, and their wedding party sit together during the meal. Traditional head tables face the guests and often feature a backdrop or special decor. Some couples opt for a more inclusive version with dates/spouses of the wedding party included, while others choose a sweetheart table instead.
